Every aspect of the venue was amazing from the beautiful ceiling in the ceremony suite to the wonderful limestone in the reception area. The other aspect of this great venue, is having Britty there with you every step of the way! She is organized, professional, accessible and to top it off, FUN! A combination of a world class venue and amazing owner makes the the 413 the best place for a wedding or any event! Make this your #1 choice for a wedding venue and you will not regret it! Brigid & Dan

413 is already a very beautiful space and needed very little decoration. Everyone commented on how cozy the space felt. The roof access was amazing it produced some amazing photos. The proximity to Mears Park is fantastic, and the skyway access was very helpful for out of town guests. Anneka & Edward

The punched tin ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors... it fit right in with our vibe for the wedding and required minimal decor. Most of our family traveled for the wedding and they were so impressed with the downtown location (easy to hotels, restaurants, museums, parks, bars) - it was a hit! A review would not be complete without mentioning Britty. I knew that our wedding ceremony and reception were in terrific hands with her. She is very organized, professional (yet fun), and willing to provide her opinions and recommendations on your planning. RaeAnn & Anthony

The venue itself is beautiful, our guest complimented us on it all night! The building has a great historic feel to it and has so much character that you really don't need much for decor. It is also very versatile for whatever your decorating style is. The venue is very close to Mears Park & being located in Lowertown made for some great pictures! Our out of town guests stayed at the DoubleTree and were able to get to the venue with a short walk through the skyway. After the reception, we walked next door to the Bulldog to finish off our night. Kari & Eric

Hands down, choosing 413 on Wacouta as our wedding venue was the best decision my husband and I made during our planning process. 413 on Wacouta is elegant, classic, romantic and a bit industrial, which is a perfect balance of what my husband and I were looking for. There was so much character through out both the ceremony and reception space that no decorations were needed- just candles and flowers. There are no food or drink minimums- just preferred vendors to select from- that helped us create the day that we wanted within the budget that we felt comfortable with. Emily & Sean

If you love historic buildings, attention to detail, an amazing wedding coordinator, and want your wedding to be unique and one to remember, you need to see Wacouta!! Also, the extensive vendor list for catering is awesome and Britty is so easy to work with. We wouldn't change a thing about our day. Haley & Sam

We happened to be planning our wedding from Virginia. Britty made this beyond easy and stress free! She would send friendly reminders, give helpful tips and suggestions, and was always quick to respond. She was very flexible, accommodating us when we were in town for various wedding planning tasks. On our wedding day everything went so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Melissa & Ryan
