Includes: Reception Event Center, Chiavari Chairs and Cushions, Colored Lighting on limestone walls, Dinner/Banquet/Cocktail tables, Custom Pin lighting on each table, 20’ x 20’ Dance Floor, Built-in bar, Hospitality Suite including Dressing Room, Exclusive access to building (Entire building closed to the Public, Skyway admittance to event guests only)

Outdoor Ceremony Option $150 Mears Park (1/2 block away) can be reserved for ceremonies! 413 ceremony suite can serve as the rain back-up plan. Call the Park Permit Office at 651-632-5111 to check availability.
Capacity 150 Ceremony, 200 Reception Ceremony Suite 150 does not include those standing at the altar
Catering & Bar Service No Food/Beverage Minimums, No Cake Cutting Fee 11 catering and bar service companies listed under Preferred Vendors. BYOB Hosted Bar option  All dinner and bar service must be served from approved catering list.
Additional Fees • 413 on Wacouta Coordination: $40/hr from Access Time – End of event, dependent on your chosen timeline • Coordination: No fees for planning process communication (unlimited calls, e-mails, site visits). Floorplan Diagram creation and set-up, Week-of Vendor confirmations, Rehearsal Coordination (if applicable), Vendor Check-in, First floor décor set-up (Name cards, Guest book), Ceremony cueing, Grand March cueing, Décor pack up at end of evening, Venue operations (A/C, Heat, Restrooms)
• 413 on Wacouta Security: $30/hr from Guest Arrival – End of event, dependent on your chosen timeline • Security: Extended Coordination/Welcome of guests at entrance, Keeps building closed for private event (no Public entrance), Keeps gifts secure throughout evening

• Insurance: $175 • Insurance: required insurance provider. Covers you for $1 Million in damage to the building
• Additional fees due 14 days before event and are non-refundable
• Note: Hourly rates are an additional $10/hr on Holidays and Holiday weekends
Discounts Off-Peak Season dates (January-April): $400 off Limit one discount per event
Short Notice booking (6 months or less out): $400 off
Military Discount: $400 off
Optional Fees Linens: $8/table, .50 cents per napkin • Linens: Black/White/Ivory linens, 18 color napkins
Gold Candelabras: $400 • Gold Candelabras: Centerpieces for all dinner tables + accent tables. Includes set up/take down/lighting of all candles.
Card box: $10 • Card box: Vintage white birdcage
Table # Stanchions: $2 each • Table # Stanchions: 12” tall silver holders, you provide cardstock number signs
